Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Customer Experience Leader for our Seguin store. You will engage customers, keep the sales floor clean and well organized, and support merchandise presentation to enhance shopper satisfaction.

The role emphasizes training cashiers, handling refunds when managers are unavailable, and maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment. Prior retail experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1-year experience in retail customer service
• Excellent verbal communication skills with customers and co-workers
• Ability to bend, lift and move continuously through the day

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner and assist with shopping needs
• Provide cashier training and monitor performance when needed
• Perform refunds and void approvals in absence of a manager
• Maintain textiles/clothing racks and restock as needed
• Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control procedures
• Operate cash register occasionally for sales transactions (rare)
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area and store environment
