Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service in-store and donations process.
• Lead team at donation door, cash wrap and store operations.
• Handle donations, issue receipts to donors.
• Perform all aspects of donation process to maintain flow.
• Merchandise, display items, and maintain floor housekeeping.
• Train staff and monitor productivity.
• Monitor stock and replenish merchandise.
• Enforce company policies, pricing, and loss prevention.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents as needed.
• Coordinate with Manager and supervise employees.
