Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years in retail or customer-facing roles, or 1+ years in floor leadership or other leadership, or 1+ years Amazon experience.
• Experience mentoring or training others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior for teammates.
• Utilize inventory systems to scan, process, and count products.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and escalate issues to assist peers in solving customer issues.
• Contribute to improving customer experience and site operations by sharing best practices.
• Identify barriers and trends affecting customer and associate experience and support the manager in building a strong site culture.
• Work with a manager to maintain safety and quality standards on site.
• Work in a fast-changing and ambiguous environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
