Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ years in retail or customer-facing roles, or 1+ years leading, or 1+ years Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior for the team.
• Use inventory systems to scan, process, and count products.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and act as escalation point for customer issues.
• Contribute to improving customer experience and operations by developing best practices.
• Identify barriers and trends affecting customer and associate experience; support site culture with the manager.
• Help maintain safety and quality standards on site with the manager.
• Adapt to a fast-changing and ambiguous environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours; frequent bending, climbing stairs.
