Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1+ years in retail or customer-facing roles, or leadership experience, or Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior.
• Use inventory systems to scan, process, and count products.
• Provide peer feedback and escalate issues to resolve customer problems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and operations.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site.
• Work in a fast-changing environment and perform additional duties.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand for shifts up to 12 hours.
