Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate for our Sedona, AZ location. You will lead a team on the front lines, delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing the brand with integrity.

The starting hourly pay rate is $19.25–$21.25 plus tips, and eligibility for rewards programs, training, and growth opportunities is provided. The role requires a 21+ age, a HS diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience, with 6 months in leadership and store

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1 year of using POS systems and cash handling.
• 6 months of leadership experience in retail.
• 6 months of hands-on retail store operations experience.
• Store Associate experience of 6 months with consistent performance.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming environment and coach the team.

• Drive consultative selling and upsell products.
• Enroll guests in rewards program and capture customer insights.
