Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Sedona to lead a high-performing retail team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will guide staff, ensure compliance, and drive sales through consultative service and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
Minimum 1 year of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
Experience in a regulated retail setting is a plus.
Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Coach associates to provide personalized product recommendations and expert guidance.
Drive upselling and loyalty program enrollment to enhance sales.
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure smooth store operations across shifts.
