Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate to join our Sun Valley, NV location. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching a retail team, and driving performance within a compliant, high-volume environment.

The position requires 21+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and experience in customer-facing sales with POS proficiency. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a starting hourly pay of $17.50–$19.25 plus tips.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in retail store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash drawer reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and coach the team.
• Drive inventory integrity and ensure accurate transaction processing and order fulfillment.
• Open/close duties, daily huddles, and cash reconciliation to meet KPI goals.
• Guide store associates, provide real-time coaching, and support conflict resolution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready environment and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety protocols.
