Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Age 18 or older.
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing experience or 1+ years floor leadership or 1+ years Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and escalate issues to help peers solve customer problems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience and operations by sharing best practices.
• Help identify barriers and trends that affect customers and staff and support site culture.
• Maintain physical safety and quality standards of the site.
• Work in a fast changing and ambiguous environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
