Job summary

Amazon Bradenton is hiring a Retail Lead Associate to support customer service operations and floor leadership at our Locker+ locations. You will be the face of Amazon, delivering friendly service, modeling our customer-obsessed culture and helping teammates prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires open availability Tue-Sat, 7:45am–2:15pm, lifting up to 49 pounds and standing for long shifts.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Are 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing, or 1+ years floor leader or other leadership, or 1+ years Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior.
• Utilize inventory systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and assist peers with issues.
• Contribute to improving customer experience and operations.
• Identify barriers and trends affecting customers and associates.
• Work with a manager to maintain site safety and quality standards.
• Handle a fast changing and ambiguous environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
