• At least 1 year in retail or customer-facing roles, or leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior.
• Use inventory systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and escalate issues when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and operations.
• Identify barriers to experience and support manager in building site culture.
• Work with a manager to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Adapt to a fast-changing and ambiguous environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts.
