Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior.
• Utilize inventory systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer feedback and escalate issues to help peers solve customer issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in customer experience and operations.
• Identify barriers and trends affecting customers and teammates; support the manager.
• Maintain site safety and quality standards with the manager.
• Adapt to fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
