Job summary

bp is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to partner with retail leaders across the US to identify capability gaps and deliver effective learning solutions for frontline teams and leaders.

The role manages projects from intake to deployment, coordinates with SMEs and LMS/HRIS teams, and ensures programs align with business goals while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, OD, business admin, or related field.
• 4–7 years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience managing enterprise learning projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with LMS and Articulate 360.
• Experience designing and delivering adult learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify learning and performance needs.
• Recommend learning solutions including ILT, eLearning, job aids, videos.
• Consult on change management, onboarding, compliance, leadership development.
• Lead projects from initiation to evaluation; manage timelines and risks.
• Coordinate with SMEs, content designers, LMS admins, HRIS, field partners.
