Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 7+ years in financial services with an L&D focus.
• Experience designing leadership development and compliance training.
• Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with e-learning systems and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage enterprise-wide L&D roadmap.
• Design, develop and implement centralized learning programs.
• Lead change management and skills application strategies.
• Identify needs and align programs with audits and policies.
• Measure program outcomes and drive data-informed improvements.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery including vendor oversight.
• Support strategic projects including performance and talent initiatives.
