Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a P&C Project Manager, Learning & Development to drive corporate learning initiatives from planning through implementation. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies, and support governance and compliance across the L&D function.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in corporate learning, including program management and both e-learning and in-person training, ideally within a professional services firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, required.
• 3+ years of experience in learning and supporting adult continuing education in a corporate environment.
• Experience managing work of direct/indirect reports.
• Experience with program management and both e-learning and in-person training.
• Experience at a professional services firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning, execution, and delivery of select projects aligned with goals and timelines.
• Collaborates with National L&D and business stakeholders to define goals across the project lifecycle.
• Develops detailed project plans, allocates resources, monitors progress and adjusts as needed.
• Supports implementation of new learning technologies and governance.
• Maintains documentation and ensures compliance with policies and standards.
• Supports escalation and decision-making processes as required.
