Job summary

BDO USA, P.A. is seeking a P&C Project Manager, Learning & Development to oversee L&D projects from planning through implementation.

You will coordinate stakeholders, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure alignment with firm goals. You will drive process improvements, technology enhancements, governance and compliance across the L&D function, and support rollouts of learning initiatives and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three or more years of experience in corporate L&D.
• Experience in program management and both e-learning and in-person training.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning, execution, and delivery of select projects.
• Collaborates with National L&D and stakeholders across project lifecycle.
• Develops detailed project plans and allocates resources.
