Framebridge seeks a part-time Retail Keyholder for the West Loop store in Chicago. This role will lead on the floor with a customer-first mindset, managing keyholder responsibilities and empowering the team to deliver a top-tier in-store experience.

You will train staff, uphold Framebridge standards, and drive store operations while offering design guidance and product knowledge to customers. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Engaging personality with strong influence and communication skills.
• Interest in design and ability to work in a creative environment.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technology, products, and processes.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing Framebridge in retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training great retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Coach team members and build relationships with customers.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers.
