Framebridge Inc. is seeking a part-time Keyholder in Winnetka, IL to lead daily store operations with a customer-first focus. You will own key-holding responsibilities, support onboarding and training, and help drive exceptional in-store experiences while aligning with the brand’s standards.

The role requires flexible availability including evenings and weekends, a passion for design, and strong communication skills to inspire and coach the store team.

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Strong customer service and leadership presence.
• Excellent listening, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Adaptable with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge in retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Train team on product knowledge and design advice.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
• Offer ideas to improve the retail experience and the 100% happiness guarantee.
