You have retail or hospitality leadership experience, excellent communication, and a collaborative attitude. This role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, to support business needs.

• Experience as a Keyholder or in customer-service leadership.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service in-store.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve in-store operations to meet customer experience and sales goals.
