Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge in our retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers and coach staff accordingly.
• Maintain flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to match business needs.
