Framebridge is seeking a Retail Full Time Keyholder for Woodland Hills to lead store operations with a customer-first approach. You will manage responsibilities on the floor, assist with onboarding, and help drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

You’ll engage customers with design knowledge, train staff, and ensure smooth operations during flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. This role focuses on delivering a delightful Framebridge experience daily.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends and adapting to a retail environment.
• Degree in art, design, marketing or relevant fields preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge in-store.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Coach team members and build relationships with customers.
