Framebridge in Woodland Hills is seeking a Part-Time Retail Keyholder to lead store operations with a customer-first mindset. As a trusted on-floor leader, you will uphold brand standards, support onboarding, and coach teammates to deliver exceptional service.

You’ll use strong communication, design interest, and problem-solving to guide customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the store meets its financial goals. Flexible scheduling includes evenings and weekends to fit business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in retail, customer service, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach team members and onboard new staff.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and brand representation.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
