• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in opening and closing the store, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.
• Act as a role model for the team with a positive attitude and product knowledge.
• Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics by supporting local marketing and store KPIs.
• Perform other duties as required by the manager and maintain compliance with policies including health & safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines.
