• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team with opening/closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and a clean store.
• Be a role model with a positive attitude and product knowledge.
• Create amazing customer experiences through authentic service.
• Achieve sales goals and drive store success by supporting local marketing.
• Perform duties as assigned by the manager.
• Maintain policies including health and safety and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines.
