Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to support daily store operations in Kentucky and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will assist with opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, inviting store atmosphere. The role requires previous retail or customer-facing experience, a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and a passion for our brands.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in opening/closing the store, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well-presented store.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create great experiences for customers through authentic service.
• Help achieve sales goals and store KPIs and assist in local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required by manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and visual merchandising guidelines.
