Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a reliable retail team member to support store operations, assist with opening and closing, cash handling, stock control and merchandising. You will help deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to achieving store KPIs while maintaining a clean, well-presented environment.

This role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.
• Serve as a role model with a positive attitude and product knowledge.
• Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service that drives sales and reflects brand standards.
• Support store goals and KPIs and assist local marketing efforts.
