Job summary

Framebridge Inc. is seeking a Retail Keyholder to lead store activities and uphold the Framebridge experience in our Berkeley location. You will guide and train team members, maintain smooth operations, and ensure exceptional service.

You will build relationships with customers, share design expertise, troubleshoot issues, and help deliver our happiness guarantee. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in design and creativity.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities in stores to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Use listening and communication skills to build relationships and coach staff.
• Share product knowledge and provide design advice to customers.
• Answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to retail improvements.
• Help deliver Framebridge's 100% happiness guarantee.
