Job summary

Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops is hiring a Full-Time Keyholder to drive sales and elevate fan experience in our Austin-area store. You will lead by example, ensuring a memorable, high-energy atmosphere while upholding merchandising standards and store policies.

The role requires 18+, retail exposure, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. You will train teammates, support the Store Manager, and promote Cowboys United memberships to fans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods (4 hours or longer).
• Able to lift 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and energetic environment for fans and teammates.
• Empower teammates to deliver a world-class shopping experience and build customer loyalty.
• Educate self and teammates on product knowledge and campaigns to promote to customers.
• Uphold store visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean sales floor.
• Balance cash handling with essential customer service tasks and safety.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new associates and promote membership packs.
• Promote Dallas Cowboys United Membership packs to fans.
