Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops seeks a reliable Keyholder to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll help drive sales, maintain visual standards, and balance cash registers while providing friendly, game-day energy to fans.

As part of a high-energy retail team, you’ll assist with onboarding, training, and ensuring operational tasks are completed on time. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required to keep the store running smoothly

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods (4+ hours).
• Able to lift 30 lbs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, energetic environment for fans and teammates.
• Utilize the Star Service model to provide world-class shopping experiences.
• Upsell and advise on additional products to maximize sales.
