Job summary

Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops is seeking a Keyholder to lead a fun, energetic store environment, delivering world-class customer service and maximizing sales. You will support the Store Manager with onboarding, coaching, and training, helping the team meet daily KPIs.

You will maintain merchandising standards, assist with opening/closing, and balance frontline service with operational tasks, including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods (4 hours or longer).
• Able to lift 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and energetic environment for fans and teammates.
• Empower teammates with great selling skills to deliver a world-class shopping experience.
• Educate yourself and teammates on product knowledge and campaigns to promote to customers.
