Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops in Texas are seeking team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing sales and profit. You will contribute to a fun, energetic environment and represent the Cowboys brand with integrity.

As part of the Selling Culture and Operational Excellence, you will train teammates, assist in recruiting, and promote Cowboys United Membership packs, while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and handling daily cash responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods (6 hours or longer) and lift 30 lbs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Equipped to troubleshoot/problem solve and remain calm in challenging situations
• Upholds honesty and integrity in all decisions and actions
• Demonstrates flexibility and quickly adapts to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Creates a fun and energetic environment for fans and teammates.
• Mentors and trains teammates to utilize the Star Service model and selling skills to provide a world-class shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Trains and exhibits a customer-focused mentality, driven by the desire to go over and beyond for fans.
• Proactively educates themselves and teammates on product knowledge and merchandise campaigns to effectively communicate and promote to customers.
• Supports and assists Store Manager’s vision in creating and maintaining impactful presentations that reflect company standards and expectations.
• Maintains a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting room to ensure environment is safe for teammates and customers.
• Assists Store Manager in creating and continuously elevating a selling culture that focuses on acquiring the needs of our customers and building lasting relationships.
• Is able to motivate, challenge, and hold teammates accountable to performance expectations.
• Able to advise, upsell, and influence the purchase of additional products to maximize sales.
• Contributes to a winning culture that strives for meeting store’s daily KPIs both individually and as a team.
• Assists Store Manager in the recruiting and hiring process by conducting prescreen interviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Plays a supporting role to Store Manager in the personal development of teammates and keyholders through coaching, training, and role-playing.
• Leads and promotes Dallas Cowboys United Membership packs to all fans.
• Effectively communicates and provides feedback to the Store Manager to help drive performance targets.
• Able to perform all day-to-day responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Understands, follows, and able to accurately communicate all company policies and procedures with integrity.
• Able to protect assets through proactive customer engagement on the sales floor, properly checking in merchandise upon arrival, and providing consistent accuracy in cash handling.
• Completes opening/closing procedures.
• Able to balance our exceptional customer service experience with necessary operational tasks.
