IT’SUGAR in Grand Prairie, TX seeks a Retail Keyholder to deliver a SWEET customer experience and support store duties including merchandising, product knowledge, and register operations. You will be the premier SUGARTAINER, opening or closing the store and ensuring sales floor standards are met.

This role requires 18+ with a flexible schedule, and you will join a fun, energetic team focused on growth opportunities, employee discounts, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail preferred but not required.
• Able to operate a cash register and process transactions.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with requests and inquiries.
• Follow the SUGARTAINMENT customer engagement model.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Operate POS/register and cash out customers.
• Open or close the store as needed.
