Job summary

IT’SUGAR is seeking a friendly Retail Keyholder in the United States to deliver a SWEET customer experience while managing daily store duties, merchandising, and register operations. You will open/close the store as needed and support promotions.

Ideal candidates have 6 months in retail, 18+ years old, and can work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and answer inquiries.
• Assist in sales-floor merchandising and store maintenance.
• Operate POS and cash register; cash-out customers.
• Open or close store as needed.
• Support in events and promotions.
