Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder for our Retail Operations team. This role oversees opening and closing the store, supports staff during peak periods, and ensures excellent customer service to drive sales.

You will train new employees, handle transactions accurately, and help maintain store standards across sales floor and back areas. The position requires 1+ years of leadership in retail, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Willingness to work a fluid schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Solid cash handling ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and inform them about products and services to drive sales.
• Open the store and/or close the store as needed.
• Support new employees and provide instruction on procedures and policies.
• Provide product recommendations based on in-house knowledge.
• Assist with inventory tasks including restocking and counts.
