BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder to support Retail Operations. This role opens and closes the store, assists during peak hours, and trains new employees while ensuring excellent customer service and sales growth.

Candidate should have 1+ year leadership in retail, strong cash handling skills, and a team-oriented mindset. The position involves lifting up to 49 pounds and working flexible hours including nights and weekends. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent
• Ability to work fluid schedules including nights, weekends, holidays
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling
• Team-oriented mentality
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and establishing rapport with customers while informing them of the products and services
• Arrive early to open the store and leave late to close the store
• Assist during high volume periods and support new employees
• Knowledge of in house products to provide customers with recommendations
• Assist with inventory management such as restocking merchandise, conducting inventory counts, and identifying discrepancies
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing tills, counting cash, and preparing deposits
• Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronics
• Follow proper age verification policies
• Ensure prices and quantities are accurate and providing a customer receipt
• Processing refunds and exchanges
• Monitor the sales floor to prevent theft and minimize loss, including conducting bag checks and ensuring adherence to security procedures
• Store cleanliness and assist in maintaining standards on the sales floor, stock room, lockers, and bathrooms
• Train new employees on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards
