BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder to support Retail Operations by opening and closing the store, guiding staff, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will assist during peak hours, train new employees, manage inventory accuracy, handle cash, and ensure pricing and policies are followed to drive sales. Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules; be available during peak hours and support stores nights/weekends/holidays.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling
• Team-oriented mentality
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and informing customers about products and services.
• Arrive early to open the store and stay late to close the store.
• Assist during high volume periods and support new employees.
• Know in-house products to offer recommendations.
• Assist with inventory tasks including restocking, counts, and discrepancies.
• Process cash transactions, open/close tills, count cash, and deposits.
• Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronics.
• Follow proper age verification policies.
• Ensure prices and quantities are accurate and provide receipts.
• Process refunds and exchanges.
• Monitor sales floor to prevent theft and minimize loss, conduct bag checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and standards in all areas.
• Train new employees on procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards
