BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder to support the Retail Operations team. The role opens and closes the store, assists during high-volume periods, and provides guidance to new employees while delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, restocking, cash handling, inventory checks, and ensuring security and store cleanliness. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of leadership in retail and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail or equivalent.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
• Team-oriented mentality.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store.
• Assist during high-volume periods and train new employees.
• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations.
• Manage inventory tasks such as restocking and counts.
• Handle cash transactions, tills, deposits, and receipts.
• Monitor floor for security and loss prevention.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with procedures.
