• Demonstrate understanding of product details, policies and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift direction and goals for the team.
• Handle opening/closing routines and bank deposits and disseminate directives.
• Build genuine customer connections through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Support floorset execution, visual presentation and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety and store standards; perform physical tasks as required.
