You will lead in-store experiences, train associates, manage opening/closing routines, and help with visual merchandising while maintaining safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
