• Lead responsibilities as delegated by Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Drive in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily goals and directions for the team at shift start.
• Execute opening/closing routines including deposits and shipment handling.
• Build genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Support floorset, visual presentation and marketing placement as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to procedures.
