• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through knowledgeable selling and product awareness.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines and handle deposits and shipments.
• Build genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain clean, engaging store environment.
