Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a proactive Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective execution of store and operational tasks. You’ll be the frontline leader in daily store operations, coaching associates and guiding customers with our brand and products.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to engage customers, coach teammates, and maintain product knowledge.
• Availability for peak days and varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide feedback and coaching to associates and partners.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift goals and manage opening/closing routines and cash handling.
