Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty, including addressing customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues during scheduled periods.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences by modeling brand‑aligned selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits, receipt of shipment and dissemination of company directives.
• Create genuine customer connections through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement at checkout.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Perform constant physical activity (standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs) to maintain store appearance.
• Provide a safe, clean and engaging customer experience by adhering to all safety standards.
• Maintain company values, policies and procedures.
