Qualifications

• Flexibility to work peak days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and customer experience as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Demonstrate selling behaviors and strong product knowledge to drive sales.
• Display knowledge of product, policies and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift goals and direction for the team.
