Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder to support our Retail Operations team. You will open/close the store, assist during busy periods, and train new staff while delivering outstanding customer service to drive sales.

You should have 1+ years of leadership in retail or similar fields, be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and possess basic math and cash-handling skills. This role emphasizes teamwork and store integrity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules; be available during peak hours and nights/weekends/holidays.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and support during high-volume periods.
• Greet customers, inform them about products and services, and build rapport.
• Assist new employees with procedures and product knowledge.
• Manage inventory tasks such as restocking and counts, identify discrepancies.
