Job summary

Psycho Bunny, a bold retail brand, is seeking a Key Holder in Sacramento to lead sales culture and support store profitability. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive customer experience, supervise Team Members, and ensure product knowledge is shared across staff.

You’ll manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory to maximize profitability while upholding Psycho Bunny’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer-focused selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a delighted and loyal customer base by engaging with customers and capturing contact details.
• Assist with recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing Team Members.
• Maintain Store Team Members' product knowledge and communicate it to customers.
• Payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain profitability and high service levels.
• Analyze customer profiles and buying trends to drive business.
• Manage Loss Prevention and inventory/shrink goals.
• Execute merchandise transfers and maintain Visual Directives and store presentation.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and a safe working environment.
