Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to provide expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great experience.
• Supervise daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, security and standards.
• Mentor team members in entry-level retail tasks including customer service and sales.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines with store management to address operational needs.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth shopping experiences.
