Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Experience as Key Holder/Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice and ensure a great fit and experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations, store opening/closing, and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Help achieve store and individual targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising, restock products, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory and coordinate with management.
