BevMo! by Gopuff in Vacaville, CA is seeking a Key Holder to open and close the store, support during peak periods, and train new employees while delivering strong customer service.

You will greet customers, manage cash, operate scanners, verify ages, and assist with inventory and pricing accuracy. The role requires a team mindset and flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules; be available during peak hours, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
• Team-oriented mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store; assist during high volume periods and train new employees.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them about products.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, counts, and discrepancy identification.
• Process cash transactions accurately, operate scanners and cash registers.
• Verify ages, ensure pricing accuracy, and handle refunds/exchanges.
• Monitor floor for security and maintain cleanliness across areas.
