BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder to join our Retail Operations team. You will open and close the store, assist during high volume periods, and support new employees while delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.

The role emphasizes cash handling, inventory tasks, and maintaining store standards. Team-focused individuals with reliable schedules are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
• Team-oriented mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with products and services.
• Support new employees and provide training.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as restocking and counts.
• Process cash transactions and manage tills accurately.
• Operate scanners, cash registers and other electronics.
• Enforce age verification policies and maintain pricing accuracy.
• Prevent theft and monitor the sales floor for loss prevention.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store and back areas.
